What the work actually is
- Commercial and industrial only. Parking structures, distribution docks, plants,
dealerships, hangars and high-rise garages. We do not chase residential garage doors.
- High-speed doors are the bulk of it. Rigid spiral and fabric roll, plus the
controls that go with them.
- Loading dock equipment. Levelers, seals, shelters, bumpers and restraints, sold
and serviced as a position rather than a part at a time.
- Specialty openings. Architectural panels, bifold and hydraulic doors, sectionals,
rolling steel and hurricane shutters.
- The lines we run. We are certified installers on Rytec, Renlita and EVO-Doors,
and direct dealers for Haas Door and ASTA America.
- Small team. There are five of us. The owner still runs jobs, so the person
deciding how the day goes is on site with you.
Tell us where you
have worked and what you have worked on. If you have run high-speed doors, dock equipment or
overhead doors before, say which brands. If you have not but you are mechanically strong and
want to learn the trade, say that instead.
